For products, send 3-7 days after delivery so customers have time to use it. For services, send within 24-48 hours while the experience is fresh. For SaaS, wait until they've had a meaningful success moment with your product.
Focus on where your potential customers look. For local businesses, Google Business is essential. For B2B SaaS, G2 and Capterra matter most. For e-commerce, your own site plus Google. Don't spread yourself thinβpick 1-2 platforms to prioritize.
